ADHD club respects your right to privacy. This privacy notice explains who we are, how we collect, share, and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
ADHD club reserves the right to make changes periodically to this Privacy Notice at our discretion, when needed. Any changes will be communicated to you, so you are kept up to date with the information you are entitled to.

The personal data we are collecting from you and how we will use it
For coaching clients:
Name, age, occupation is used on our client information form for us to get a better understanding of who you are and what you do before coaching commences.
We also collect information on if you are medicated or not medicated for ADHD and if you are in therapy to get a picture of your mental health as coaching is associated with wider mental health.
Contact details are (name, address, email) are collected for invoicing purposes so we can send invoices to charge you for coaching and we need addresses on our invoices for tax records.
Emergency contact details are collected for safeguarding purposes, so if we do not hear from you regarding a missed session we will contact your emergency contact person.
For marketing purposes
We collect your name and email address when you opt in to receive marketing materials or download digital products from the ADHD club website so we can send you emails.
There is the option to opt out at any time.
ADHD club collects names and email addresses for people who opt in to sign up for the ADHD club newsletter via our website which is hosted in square space.
Your name and email address is collected via flo desk which is the platform we use to send out marketing emails.
For ADHD club workshops
We collect your name, email and payment details via Stripe to charge you for ADHD club workshops
We collect your contact details to send you the link to ADHD club workshops via google calendar.
Your name and email address is collected via flo desk which is the platform we use to send out reminder emails before workshops and emails with materials from the workshops following the workshops.

How long do we keep your Personal Data?
We keep your personal data for 1 year after coaching commences on Coach Accountable so you can access your coaching records. After 1 year we delete your data.
We keep your name and email address for marketing purposes, for up to 5 years, after this period we send an email out asking people to opt in to stay on our mailing list and delete any data from people who do not reply.
For ADHD club workshops - data is deleted every 3 months from Stripe and Flo desk after workshops have finished.
Sharing your Personal Data
We share your personal data with ADHD club staff including contracted VAs so they can contact you in the event that the director of ADHD club is absent.
We host personal data on Coach Accountable for coaching clients
Your data is collected by Calendly & zoom to schedule and host intro calls
Data is also stored with Read.ai for coaching notes
Personal data is also hosted on google drive as a backup to Coach Accountable
on Stripe for ADHD club workshops.
We also use FloDesk and Square Space for opt in marketing and workshop emails to send out newsletters and information regarding ADHD club workshops
International Transfers of your Personal Data

FloDesk transfers personal data to the USA.
Square Space transfers personal data to the USA
All of these companies have in place the appropriate safeguards to ensure your personal data can be transferred lawfully and safely.

However, the Regulators are there for your concerns, and if you feel ADHD club has not handled your complaint appropriately, we encourage you to contact them. ADHD club is committed to open and transparent processing of your personal data and welcome the Regulators view.
